| Grenade is a gentle giant of a dog. He is an 80lb retired racing greyhound who is looking to live the good life. He has a bit of FOMO (fear of missing out) so he likes to be involved in whatever is happening and likely will become your shadow when you're home. His foster family is working on kennel training and he is making great progress at sleeping through the night. Grenade enjoys nibbling soft toys, napping upside down on the couch or a cozy dog bed, going on walks (he wiggle hops with excitement to go) and hanging out with his foster dog sisters. He is being fostered with cats as well and likes to follow them around and see what they're up to. He doesn't understand why they don't want to play with him too! This dog is being fostered in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Area. We do not ship dogs. Adopters must be committed to meeting the dog in the area it is being fostered.
