| Holly was a stray mama dog struggling to survive in the outskirts of Dallas with her young puppy. Fortunately, a rescuer was able to coax them into her car and brought them to the shelter, where it was discovered that Holly had heartworms. We took her into our care and she has been successfully treated and cleared of heartworms. Holly is a friendly and playful 5-year-old. She is a good listener, super smart, and will do well in a home with children and other dogs. Her puppy has been adopted, and now it's Holly's turn to find a forever home! Holly is fostered in Brooklyn and is available for adoption anywhere in the US as long as the adopter is willing and able to travel to NYC to meet and adopt her.
