| Mel will be a great family dog for anyone that is happy taking long walks every morning, lounging on the porch, and happy to have a companion as their constant shadow. He wants to hang out in the same room with his person, even if it's just to nap. He is very good with kids (6+ years), has been great living with his older foster doggy sister, and has been fine with the family cat. He's a very good boy who would thrive in almost any home. Mel does need opportunities to be active throughout the day. He enjoys several walks each day, is great on the leash, is able to walk with other dogs, and doesn't lunge at people/dogs when they pass. Again, he's the best boy. |
