| Hi, I’m Zena. I’m a very sweet girl; all the volunteers at the shelter will vouch for that. I do have to get to know you a little because I’m a bit on the shy side, but it doesn’t take long for me to make friends. Also, I suffer from separation anxiety. This means that when you’re home with me I’m a great companion, sweet and well-behaved. However, if you leave me I must be left outside of the house in a fenced yard. It’s okay, I like being outside as long as I have some shelter from the extreme weather; a doghouse in the winter and shade in the summer. I also need a home with a 6 ft. privacy fence because I like to climb chain-link fences. I know the right person will come my way and then it will be just like in the movies, happily ever after.
